A Sea Turtle Rescue

During its journey from the shipyard to our base in Alimos, off the coast of the Peloponnese, our experienced skippers encountered a remarkable sight.

Just 150 nautical miles from our base, they spotted a majestic sea turtle ensnared in fishing nets, fighting for its freedom.

In a display of compassion and seamanship, our skippers immediately sprang into action, rescuing the distressed turtle from its entanglement and releasing it back into the sea.

This act of kindness amidst the vast expanse of the ocean serves as a poignant reminder of our duty to cherish and protect our marine environment.
